The horse I used for most of the game in my first playthrough when the game came out was a dapple dark grey that I found in the polish guy's barn but it got killed by the police in chapter 6 so for the cutscene where he's supposed to say goodbye he didn't because I was using a belgian workhorse that I'd just stolen from caliga hall so that was that ruined

I have played the game multiple times with different horse breeds and what I feel is that bravery is generated random for a horse...in my 1st playthrough, I got that black Arabian from Saint Denis in Chap 2 and it was afraid of its own shadow...in my 2nd playthrough, I got the same black Arabian but for some reason, it was much braver than the previous one( both I tested with level 4 bonding) It would buck me off eventually but the endurance was very high compared to the first one...same goes with Turkoman, the Silver Dapple Pinto Missouri Fox Trotter(hell of a name) and other breeds. With that said, I do agree that it is somewhat generalized too, Generally an Arabian would be less brave than a Turkoman or Andalusian or even a Fox Trotter.

I prefer female horses in most cases! The Tennessee walker from the start of the game is a "Boah" but i love that horse! It is one loyal and fearless horse!!

The best shire ever is one you can never get. Typical rockstar and their teasing. Teasing hats you cant save, outfits you cant buy and horses you cant claim. The best shire horse i ever saw is dead. Its the red strawberry and cream colored one you find with that drunk guy who asks you to watch his crashed cart when he walks away amd passes out. Its so beautiful and you never see a living one. You just know they went through the trouble of creating a special coat just to tease you. There was no other reason. To just have a random event pop up they could have easily just threw any old random color in there that you see with almost all coaches. Why this one is so unique is a clear troll and I hate it

Yeah, I have This horse, Raven black Shire, Sometimes it's Really heavy to handle but i love it, I've kept it Since the begin, Where you get/Find it, and I've learned from Alot of mistakes, This one died twice, had to reload other saves like 3 missions ago, Now i make Sure even if its my last bit of Money i always keep 2 horse revivers on hand, And medicine

Awesome video thank you. For anyone struggling to feed the horse,there is no shortcut button, you need to actually find it under the horse inventory when you re close enough, as shown in the video.

I had a male Fox horse online, he wasn't afraid of crocodiles, and when he approached them, he didn't care much, but unfortunately I sold it by mistake and I bought, Female and it was a coward, maybe because the male raised him together with crocodiles from the first time I bought it.

All horses have to be actively calmed. Not doing so made this testing pointless.

Realistically, the dapple dark grey would've been a better coat for the Andalusian horses and a solid black coat option for the Hungarian Halfbred but both are my favorite breeds in this game.

Nice video. I got a very strong impression that the Ardennes are the bravest ones here, while the Turkomans are somewhat brave and also one of the fastest horses in the game, and Andalusians being the less braves, specially the dark bay one.

You can also get one of this horses on the mission “The pleasure of tobacco”

Or you could do the cheat code You want something new It will spawn a horse if you press on the cheat code.

That turkoman is a chicken, he drop you and ran away far from you at any problem. The Missoury Fox trotter is fast and calm and if you know how to calm him down, you are going to run over crocodiles, he can drop you with the big cats but like any other horse. And the only horse that didn't drop me with the big cats is the Ardenés, but is a way slow horse

You can't just find that in the wild cause. I found mine on AM. P. Don't know what you're talking about. You can only find it in the wild. Don't leave him, you've found it on the MP c and I've killed the embassy and I had track it down cause it was running cause my boats cause I killed his owner.

I don't think that grullo dun has better stats than wild bay.they both are same.

It is now my favorite horse and it is well rounded.

I wish they let us just pick a lvl 20 and choose which coat we want at 20.
